- Arrange to show you homes in your desired neighbourhood and in the price range you are comfortable with
- Upon deciding on a property we will do a comparative market analysis so that you can see what comparable homes have recently sold for.
- We will explain the offer procedure and recommend what conditions and/or clauses that should be inserted in your offer to protect your interests
- We will explain the “Agency” relationship to you
- During the negotiating process represent you with honest and skillful experience
- Explain what to expect from a building inspection
- Recommend a building inspector, lawyer or mortgage broker to you
- Once your offer is accepted we follow up to make sure the lender, lawyer and building inspector are doing what is expected from them and keep you informed and up to date
- We keep in touch with you after the sale and are always available to answer any questions you may have
